  • To create a supportive and inclusive environment where people with disabilities can grow stronger, build confidence, and find purpose through recreational and competitive rowing.
  • To advance local and national awareness of adaptive rowing through education, outreach, and community engagement.
  • To raise awareness of the life-changing physical and emotional benefits of adaptive sports, including adaptive rowing.
  • To reduce barriers that prevent individuals with disabilities from participating in recreational and competitive rowing.
